REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our luxury hair products and strict sanitation standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ORDER PROCESSING:

No order cancellations, modifications, or changes. This includes any adjustments to:

  • Products or lengths
  • Wig selections
  • Quantities
  • Shipping addresses
  • Payment information
  • Shipping speed

To ensure fast processing, accurate fulfillment, and the highest level of hygiene for all customers, all orders placed with Ming Luxe Extensionz are FINAL.

CARD VERIFICATION:

Every order will undergo verification before shipping. Payment processing may take up to 2 business days. If your billing shipping does not match your order will be canceled. 

MISSING ORDERS/SHIPMENTS:

All orders are shipped with signature required. You must be present to sign for your package. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandon shipments. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address provided once a shipping label is created. You can also track your order here on the site.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause a shipment delay. Please be sure to double check your shipping info before placing your order.
